1880 is named for the year Mathilde C. Weil started the first woman-owned ad agency in the United States. She was an immigrant, a widower, and smart. Her courage inspires us.

Our process begins with discovery where we bring together all the minds for visioning, collaboration, and research. Working cross-functionally with executive teams, solutions, growth, and marketing, we create alignment across business objectives, map the strategy, and start implementation.
